Q: How much will the printing cost?
A: The cost of your screen printing order could vary depending on the following items: (Our quote to you will take all of these items in to account)
-
The quantity you order. The per shirt cost goes down for higher quantities. Our minmum order is 10 and we have price breaks at 24, 36, 48, 72, 100, 150, 200, 300, 500, 1000.
-
The number of colors in your design to be screen printed. The more colors to be printed the more expensive the order due to the time to set the order up and printing the order. We only print a maximum of 6 colors.
-
The number of locations you want a design printed. Each location requires additional time and screens to print.
-
The color of the t-shirt/garment being printed on. Dark shirts are more expensive at the manufacturer level and may require an underbase of white to be printed prior to printing the other color/colors on the shirt. The underbase is necessary to keep the colors from blending with the shirt color and dulling the print.
(some brands like Hanes/American Apparel are more expensive than other brands like Fruit of the Loom, Gildan)
-
The brand and style of the t-shirt to be printed on. There is a difference in the price of different brands and styles of shirts
